Eugene Stanley is a service-connected disabled Navy veteran with a combined expertise in human rights advocacy, project management, grants management procedures, and community service. With over six years of active volunteer work in Chicago's housing sector, I have been a strong advocate for affordable housing and economic development, particularly within disadvantaged communities in the U.S. and internationally.

Eugene has substantial experience in leading projects, collaborating with teams, training others, and maintaining strict deadlines. Additionally, I've significantly contributed as a researcher for the 2017 Human Rights Status Report and held prominent roles with both the US Human Rights Network and Chicago Anti-Eviction Campaign.
